Materials Acquisition Associate

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Material price comparison/purchase
• Review and distribute supplies and shipments in a timely manner
• Confer with other sales members to determine progress of work and completion dates
• Review and communicate production status reports
• Responsible for rental equipment start/end dates
• Acquisition for city permitting
• Ordering Knox locks and meeting fire Marshall at job sites
• Dropping off equipment/materials at jobsites or shop
• Pick up completed work orders and time sheets for crews

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Valid TX state drivers license
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent writing comprehension and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle/tow trailer (not mandatory)
