With 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jon brings extensive leadership and expertise in agency development, advisor mentorship, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, he has built and led successful teams while maintaining a steadfast commitment to integrity, service, and helping others achieve financial security. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with family and giving back to his community.
