As a Director of Client Partnerships, you are a senior, client-facing leader responsible for growing trusted relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our impact within existing and new client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of relationship-led selling, client strategy, and delivery partnership. You will engage early, often before work begins, and stay involved throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring we deliver value while uncovering and shaping new opportunities. Here's what you'll do in this role:


Prioritize Client Success

  • Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
  • Drive relationship-based selling, identifying, shaping, and advancing new opportunities within accounts.
  • Partner closely with Industry Service Leaders to pursue new work and expand existing relationships through credibility, insight, and trust.
  • Help clients build business cases, secure approvals, and navigate organizational constraints that impact funding and delivery.

Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, operating models, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Apply real-world experience to anticipate common challenges - budget uncertainty, shifting priorities, governance hurdles - and help clients work through them.
  • Connect client needs to SingleStone’s capabilities in a way that is practical, relevant, and outcome-driven.

Peel Back the Onion

  • Ask the hard questions. Dig deep to uncover the real problems clients need to solve.
  • Bring an insatiable curiosity to every interaction, exploring new ways we can add value beyond the immediate engagement.
  • Help clients see around corners, providing insights and recommendations that align with their long-term vision.

Build to Last

  • Expand relationships beyond initial sponsors to create durable, multi-layered partnerships.
  • Position SingleStone as an indispensable partner, not just a vendor, through consistency, insight, and follow-through.
