Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.

Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and concisely.

Develop tailored insurance proposals that align with client requirements.

Process new applications and manage policy changes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Michigan Property & Casualty License (required).

Must be able to commute to office on a weekly basis

Proven experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help people find the right solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using technology for client management and communication.
