Job Description

Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning team as Insurance Sales Agents. You will work side-by-side with a mentor agent, receive hands-on training, and get the support you need to launch a successful insurance career.

Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospects

Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads

Overcome objections using proven sales scripts

Cross-sell to an existing book of business

Educate clients on Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance

Build relationships and generate new business through your own network

Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commissions and performance based bonuses

Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus)

CA Property & Casualty license is a plus but not required we will assist with pre-licensing courses

Must pass a background check

Strong communication and people skills

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based pay

Ties to San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley communities preferred

Training & Licensing Support: We cover pre-licensing course guidance and mentorship
