Salary Range: $45,000 $80,000+ per year

• Develop customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Business, Life)
• Convert qualified leads into new business
• Cross-sell and deepen client relationships
• Conduct professional risk assessments
• Build and manage a growing book of business
• Leverage technology and CRM systems to maximize efficiency
• Execute daily activity standards tied to production goals
