• Develop and maintain client relationships through phone, email, in-person meetings, and referrals.
• Educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and commercial coverage.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and offer customized insurance solutions.
• Handle new business generation, policy renewals, and customer service follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with all company and industry regulations.

• Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the state of Missouri (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, motivation, and work ethic
• Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, quoting platforms, etc.)
