Job Description

Join our team as a Shipper Support Case Specialist to provide essential support to vendors and sellers using our Inbound Transportation Services. You will play a critical role in resolving operational challenges and ensuring service quality while maintaining excellent relationships with our extensive shipper network.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve shipper support cases through our communication platform.
• Research and resolve missed pickup issues and other transportation disruptions.
• Maintain the case resolution goal rate.
• Conduct proactive outreach calls when necessary.
• Document case resolutions and maintain accurate records for continual improvements.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure successful freight pickup and delivery.
• Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex logistics challenges.

• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and data filtering.

• Track record of career growth in previous positions.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in Tempe. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers the opportunity for conversion to full-time employment, comprehensive training, and career growth opportunities. Upon full-time employment conversion, benefits include a competitive pay increase, full benefits, vacation time, and college tuition support.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
