Job Description

Mancan Staffing is working with a leading metal fabrication facility, seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Shipping Associate to prepare packaged materials for stocking and shipping, and to load/unload trucks to meet customer requirements. This position offers steady work, pay increases, and opportunities to grow within a respected staffing agency. Must have tow truck/forklift experience.
Responsibilities
Stock finished goods and load shipments following safety and material-handling procedures.
Weigh, tag, and label bundled skids.
Maintain clean and organized shipping and dock areas.
Empty scrap bins and assist with packaging material.
Use ERP software to accurately log shipments.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Foreman or Plant Manager.
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hr, with increases up to $18.00$19.00/hr based on performance and skill.
Schedule: 2nd shift - 3PM-11PM OR 3PM-1AM.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for shipment logging.
Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
Pevious tow truck/forklift experience MANDATORY.
Light computer knowledge for data tracking/data inputting needed.
