Order Picker / Forklift Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker with experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. This role is responsible for accurately picking, transporting, and preparing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use pallet jacks and hand carts to move products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders according to specifications
• Verify product quality and inventory accuracy
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up required)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently arrive by 7:00 AM
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
