• Supervise, train, and mentor Lawn Maintenance crew members
• Ensure safety, high productivity, and top-quality work
  

• Plan and execute mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weeding
• Care for lawns, shrubs, trees, and other landscape elements
• Identify and address pest, disease, or irrigation issues
  

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials
  

• Communicate professionally with clients
• Conduct quality checks to ensure company and client standards are met
• Document and report site conditions and progress
  

• Develop daily and weekly crew schedules
• Prioritize and adjust tasks based on weather and project needs
  

• Enforce company safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Conduct briefings and monitor crew adherence
  

• 12 years supervisory experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping
• Proficiency with lawn care equipment
• Knowledge of horticulture, lawn care practices, and pest management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and performing physical labor
• Required: Valid Drivers License & MN DOT Medical Card
  

• Type: Full-time, Seasonal | 40+ hrs/week
• Pay: $23$26/hr + overtime (1.5x after 40 hrs/week)
