To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated Entremetier for the upcoming summer season 2026

  • Responsible for the production of appetizers and the creation of various themed buffets
  • Independent management of the station
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes.
  • Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist other kitchen stations as needed.
  • Manage inventory and minimize food waste within the station.
  • Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt

  • A fitness room is available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
  • Access to our pool area during designated employee swimming hours

  • For employees who do not wish or are not able to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we support them—together with our partner hotels—in finding a complementary position
  • Completed apprenticeship or vocational training as a chef (EFZ)
  • Completed training in hospitality or gastronom
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel / Palace.
  • Good German and/or English language skills
  • Creative personality with a passion for the profession
  • Responsible and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Zermatt, Valais, Switzerland
