Christian agency owner taking over Leading Alabama Insurance Agency. We are seeking a fun, motivated, relationship-driven Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on new business development, cross-selling, and helping clients with auto, home, life, and other personal insurance needs. You’ll play a key part in growing our agency while delivering exceptional sales results in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead generation, and proactive outreach (including reviewing and cross-selling to our existing book of business).

• Quote, present, and sell personal lines insurance products (auto, home, umbrella, life, etc.) using proven systems and tools.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored advice and solutions that truly protect families.

• Achieve monthly production goals (target: $20k–$30k+ in new premium) while contributing to overall agency growth and retention.

• Collaborate with our service team and owner on policy reviews, renewals, and multi-line opportunities.

• Stay current with products, industry changes, and licensing requirements.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and community involvement.
