Balanz USA is boutique private wealth management firm headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. We were incorporated in the United States and are governed by its regulators. We represent the strategic expansion of Balanz into the U.S. private client market. While this marks our first U.S.-based platform dedicated to serving individual advisors and their clients, Balanz is not new to the U.S. market. The firm has longstanding relationships with U.S.-based institutional clients and operates as an international introducing broker-dealer to major U.S. custodians. Our Coral Gables office serves as a hub for both domestic and international advisors and their clients, providing customized wealth management solutions backed by global scale, operational strength, and local expertise. Balanz has been in business for 23 years and has 1,200 advisors serving more than 1.2 million clients in five countries.

Primary Responsibilities-
Sales Management
· Achieve annual new business goals by formulating and coordinating a custom marketing plan
· Organizing and conducting regular prospecting activities
· Attract new customers and retain existing customers by developing marketing materials, plan presentations and strategies.
· Follow-up on all sales leads and calls.
· Build a strong network by participating in community affairs, activities and organizations to maintain visibility and enhance the business development function.
Client Management
· Take clients through a discovery process in order to know and understand them better than anyone in the marketplace, assemble the right team based on what you learn, and deliver financial peace of mind by providing the right planning experience.
· Assess opportunities and determine alternatives and solutions to meet client needs.
· Obtain client commitment and collect assets.
· Demonstrate expertise by managing or working with the client's outside advisors; and setting the stage for follow-up sales opportunities.
