Commercial Trucking Insurance Producer (High Earnings + Pipeline)

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Base salary + uncapped commission
  
  
• Expected earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ (top producers can exceed this)
  
• Commission paid on new and renewal business

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Trucking Insurance Producer to work with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small to mid-sized trucking companies .

This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping clients secure the coverage they need to operate safely and stay compliant.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with owner-operators and trucking companies
  
  
• Quote and bind commercial trucking policies:
  
  • Auto liability
    
  • Physical damage
    
  • Cargo
    
  • General liability
    
  • Umbrella
    
• Build and grow a book of business
  
  
• Maintain client relationships and manage renewals
  
• Develop new opportunities through referrals and networking
  
• Help clients understand DOT and insurance requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required)
  
  
• Experience in commercial insurance (required)
  
  
• Experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance strongly preferred
  
  
• Proven ability to generate and close business
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
