Financial Advisor / Investment Representative
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 base + commission
Location: Multiple Agency Locations
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Advisor / Investment Representative who is committed to building a professional career grounded in financial planning, relationship development, and consistent client service. Our agency utilizes a needs‐based planning approach to help individuals and families evaluate income protection, retirement readiness, and investment strategies aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial and insurance reviews (in person or virtual)
- Assess assets, liabilities, income protection needs, retirement preparedness, and legacy objectives
- Identify potential planning gaps and recommend suitable strategies aligned with regulatory standards
- Perform daily targeted outreach to assigned client segments
- Complete periodic portfolio and financial reviews in accordance with firm policy
- Maintain required documentation while adhering to compliance and supervisory guidelines
Career Development
- Structured onboarding program with step‐by‐step training
- Ongoing development in retirement planning, investment discussions, and client engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or relevant financial experience
- Active Florida Life & Health (2‐15) license preferred
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 required for securities activity
- (Series 65 or 66 may be required depending on registration structure)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required securities registrations
- Prior financial services, insurance, or advisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical, compliant practices
