What You’ll Do as a Verizon Sales Agent

• Represent Verizon at events and retail campaigns across RI and MA
• Engage directly with customers to identify needs and introduce solutions
• Present and demonstrate Verizon’s products and services in a clear, confident way
• Use negotiation and upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Utilize advanced tools and resources to enhance sales performance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Deliver excellent customer service from first interaction to close of sale

What We’re Looking for In a Verizon Sales Agent

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training to the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable in a performance-based role and motivated by performance
• Top candidates move into a team lead position with a future in management
