Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as cleared

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Reno, NV. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading shipments, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and potential long-term growth within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
• Organize, stage, and prepare materials for pickup and distribution
• Clean and organize trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
• Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned
• Support team operations to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and protocols
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
