Job Description

Join a prestigious 3PL warehouse and distribution center supporting retail operations in Kenosha, WI. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our fast-paced team. Multiple shifts available with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsiblities:

• Prepare products for shipment both manually and via electric powered industrial equipment with lifting devices, such as motorized pallet jack and/or reach truck.
• Prepare and packages customer products in a safe and efficient manner while following the instructions of Line Lead and Quality Lead.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual applicants (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts while standing, walking, or sitting.
• Must own and wear steel-toed shoes.
