Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting the seamless flow of goods through various warehouse functions. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure accurate order fulfillment, safe handling of materials, and optimal warehouse organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and logistics processes while contributing to a thriving supply chain environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Operation of forklifts, packaging and labeling of customer orders, and utilization of computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments.
• Inspect incoming product and verify against shipping manifest for accuracy
• Elevate inventory discrepancies to inventory control or management for resolution.
• Effectively work with QA organizations to disposition incoming product.

Warehouse role: No experience required but would like to see some warehouse experience. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Occasional overtime. Requires standing/crouching for extended periods of time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic math, read, understand, and make decisions based on written operating procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read product labels and picking sheets.
• Forklift certification, or ability to become certified (company provided).
• Ability to communicate discrepancies to warehouse supervisor.
• Must be able to operate rolling pushcart, electric forklift and manual pallet jack

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

• Frequently exposed to moving equipment such as forklifts and rolling carts.
• Exposed to temperature controls in the warehouse.
• Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions when loading doors are open.
• May frequently work extended hours as required

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
