Our work includes complex mechanical systems in occupied buildings, high-end facilities, and mission-critical environments. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Driver with commercial driving experience and basic mechanical skills.

Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate/Driver plays an important role in our company, as a liaison between our vendors, customers, technicians, and sales team. S/he will be responsible for organizing and tracking materials in our warehouse as well as the timely pick-up and delivery of parts and equipment to our active jobs in the tri-county area. This role requires flexibility, internal motivation, and a team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Perform order pick-ups and drop-offs in the tri-county area (Miami-Dad to West Palm Beach)
• Load and unload delivery trucks and properly secure all loads
• Maintain and perform basic upkeep on small engines, including pressure washers, gas pumps, and generators
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safely arranged for efficient access and operations
• Run magnet tool through parking areas daily to collect any loose nails or screws from pallets/ equipment disassembly
• Update tracking tool app throughout the day whenever tools are delivered or picked up from jobsites
• Establish trust and build strong relationships with internal and external teams
• Find creative solutions with a collaborative approach

Physical and Field Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on jobsites for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and access mechanical areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions
• Organized, detail-oriented self-starter, open listener and communicator
