Food Production Associate

Job Description

About the role: We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. This role is hands-on and vital to daily operations. The ideal candidate is teachable, works well with a team, and is committed to a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Mix and bottle seasonings according to production specifications
-Coat and roast cashews according to product specifications
-Clean and sanitize machines and production tools
-Wash and organize dishes at the end of each day
-Assist with various tasks on production line as needed
-Follow recipes and instructions accurately
-Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety
-Stay on task in a fast-paced environment and take direction well

Requirements:

-Wear PPE including - Lab Coats, Gloves, Closed Toed Shoes, Hairnets, Beard Nets, etc.
-Our seasonings contain some spicy ingredients - sometimes wearing a mask is necessary.
-Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions
-High attention to detail
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Teachable attitude and willingness to learn
-Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
-Able to stay late some days. Some days production leaves later due to closing duties needing to be finished.

Schedule: M-F 9-6
We sometimes work weekends if we are slammed! Need some availability for weekends if needed.
