What We Need

Motivated and physically capable Delivery Driver /Warehouse Associate with an excellent driving record and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. The best candidate is seeking to contribute to the success Gen3 Construction by using skills in loading/unloading and delivery of architectural metal building products. Gen3 is a specialty contractor engaged in the design, fabrication, and erection of architectural materials.

Required Skills – Delivery Driver

• Maintain an excellent driving record.
• Experienced at operating various delivery vehicles, including 28 ft. flatbed truck with a trailer, while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery, accurately completing paperwork and ensuring custom specifications are met when necessary.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Deliver materials to job sites in a timely manner.
• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate urgent delivery needs and adjusted schedule based on workload demands.

Required Skills - Warehouse Associate

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiar working with forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently, ensuring all items are securely and safely managed.
• Assist maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent tracking and organization of stored materials.

Additional Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have good, physical health.
• Ability to work 4 10-hour days per week as well as have some flexibility with the work schedule.
• Pass a DOT Physical.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• List any certifications, if available.
