J &W Pallet Racking Services LLC has an immediate opening for a Pallet Rack Installer to join our team! In this role, you will work with a crew to install and tear down pallet racking systems, wire partitions, mezzanines, steel shelving and other steel structures inside distribution centers and warehouses throughout Wisconsin.

We are looking for someone willing to work hard and learn new things. Experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of pallet racking systems
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Complete required safety training as needed
• Operate various tools
• Track all equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Previous pallet racking or construction experience is a plus!
• Welding experience is a plus!
• Ability to operate and drive forklift and/or scissor lift is a plus!
• Ability to read floor plans and layouts a plus!

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work from heights
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
• Travel mainly within Wisconsin – occasional out-of-state travel as needed
• Safety equipment – steel-toed shoes and hard hat
