Job Description

The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 9 years and they are looking for a Packer for a possible Temporary contract opportunity in Taylor, Mi. location.
Temporary Contract for 6 to 8 weeks 
Shift:  6:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay:  $14-$15/hr straight time, ($21-$22.50 OT for anything over 40 hours)
** Must have steel toe boots
Responsibilities:

• Packing, matching labels, and stacking on skids. 
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Assembling pallets for shipment.
• Performing general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves or moving goods.
• Assisting with training new or entry-level packers.
• Collaborating with supervisors to improve workflow efficiency.
