Role Overview

We are seeking a physically fit, highly organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to manage the preparation and dispatch of our specialized inventory. This role involves handling long-format products (up to 26 feet) , requiring precision in packing, machinery operation, and inventory management. You will be the final point of quality control before our products reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Packing: Securely box and wrap products using foam, plastic, and protective buffers to ensure zero damage during transit.

• Machine Operation: Efficiently operate automated shrink-wrap machinery and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

• Inventory & Rack Management: Organize and store oversized crates on industrial racks; pull and stage orders accurately for freight pickups.

• Logistics & Delivery:  Assist in the loading/unloading of freight trucks.

• Quality Assurance: Verify that incoming and outgoing products perfectly match purchase orders and manifests.

• Cross-Department Support: Maintain a flexible "team-first" attitude with a willingness to cross-train in production or other departments as needed.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Heavy Lifting: Must be able to consistently lift, pivot, and maneuver up to 150 lbs .

• Spatial Skills: Experience handling extremely long/awkward materials (up to 26') is a major plus.

• Organization: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a high level of attention to detail.

• Communication: Ability to read orders clearly and flag discrepancies immediately.
