1st Shift Packaging Operator

Job Description

Daily Tasks

• Keep work area sanitized throughout shift.

• Packaging and labeling finished product in specified containers by proper weight.

• Monitor screens and magnets for fragments.

• Label finished product.

• Follow all proper GMP’s.

• Washing totes utilizing tote washing system as needed.

• Monitor screen for HMI cooling system.

What You Need to Succeed

• PPE: Steel-toed slip resistant rubber boots and lift belt required.

• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours.

• Bending/Flexing/Extending

• Frequently grip, reach, lift, or pull with both hands.

• Ability to lift 45lbs consistently.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Detail oriented and follow instruction without fail.

• Experience operating a scale.

• Ability to use a calculator and understand measurements.
