Location: Miami, FL 33167
Department: Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $18–$19 per hour

Job Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Returns Coordinator in Miami, FL to manage daily textile return operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to ensuring returned items are accurately processed, inspected, and routed appropriately. You’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, support operations, and communicate directly with clients to resolve return-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily processing of incoming textile returns
• Inspect items and determine whether they should be laundered, reused, or discarded
• Accurately document damaged, missing, or unusable items in the inventory system
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet deadlines
• Coordinate textile transfers with the laundry department
• Track overdue or missing returns and follow up with clients
• Manage courier pickups and reschedule failed deliveries
• Communicate with clients regarding delays, damages, discrepancies, and returns
• Generate invoices for damaged or missing items and assist with collections
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all return activity
• Train team members on procedures, safety standards, and best practices
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Support urgent requests and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, receiving, or returns
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Experience with inventory systems (WMS/ERP) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with textile handling or laundry operations
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse environment in Miami, FL , with both indoor and outdoor activity. The role includes moderate noise, textile handling, and physical work. PPE is provided as required.
