Job Description:
The Outbound Associate is responsible for preparing and loading customer orders for shipment. This includes picking, packing, labeling, and staging outbound goods in an organized and timely manner. The role supports the efficient flow of products leaving the facility and ensures accuracy and quality in all outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on shipment requirements.
• Label boxes and pallets correctly.
• Stage and load outbound shipments onto trucks or trailers.
• Inspect outgoing packages for damage or errors.
• Use warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate with team leads or supervisors about order or inventory issues.
• Shift Hours are from 8pm till finish and work from Sunday-Thursday

Requirements:

• Spanish is a Plus
• Warehouse or shipping experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer or scanner skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work 8pm till Finish Sunday- Thursday 30hrs to start
