Stage Manager

Job Description

Employees should expect to perform any of the following duties as requested by supervisor.  This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed:

     · On-site representative on behalf of Employer.

     · Opening or closing the facility

     · Tracking and recording a variety of provided services.

     · Performs daily checks, logging campus activity.

     · Monitor client personnel to ensure operational compliance.

     · Works closely with security to ensure safety compliance.

     · Able to work 10 – 12 hour workdays when requested.

     · Receives written and verbal work orders from supervisor.

     · Performs facility maintenance tasks such as, painting, changing lights and minor repairs.

     · Notifies management concerning needs for repairs or maintenance.

     · Operates forklifts and boom lifts (will train).

     · Familiar with power hand tools i.e drill, circular saw, angle grinder and reciprocating saw.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

SALARY: $20.00 per hour
