We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Drexel to move products safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track stock levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform picking and packing of orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse is required.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
