Job Type : Part-Time

Hours: Flexible Scheduling

• Looking for minimum commitment of 3-hour blocks per shift (e.g., afternoon shifts of a few hours).
• Hours can be arranged around college class schedules.
• Currently part-time with potential for increased hours as production ramps up.
• We seek a commitment for the full college semester, with the option to continue into the summer or return for the following fall semester.

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team at the Pontoon Beach warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will help prepare our high-quality ballfield materials for distribution by bagging, sealing, and palletizing products. This is an entry-level, physical position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a company passionate about improving sports fields nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill 50 lb bags with various ballfield materials (such as infield mixes, clays, and conditioners) using provided equipment and processes.
• Seal bags securely to ensure product integrity.
• Stack filled and sealed bags onto pallets in an organized and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with other light warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required — we will provide on-the-job training.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking 50 lb bags repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ideal for college students seeking part-time work with flexible scheduling.
