Now Hiring: Repack Operator & Forklift Operator

ALS is continuing to grow and expand our warehouse operations, and we are adding to our team. We are currently hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals for two different warehouse positions. If you’re looking for steady hours, opportunities to grow, and a team-oriented environment, we’d love to connect.

Both roles work the same schedule but have different responsibilities and pay ranges.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Repack Operator

Pay: $15 – $16/hour

Responsibilities:

• Repack parts from corrugate into totes according to company standards
• Pick and prepare daily customer orders
• Assist with receiving containers
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or repacking experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Forklift Operator

Pay: $17 – $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts)
• Load, unload, and stage materials
• Support order picking and warehouse material movement
• Assist with inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong safety awareness
• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements for All Positions

• Background check required
• Drug screen and physical required after a conditional offer of employment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
