We are a well-established Water Well Company with 52 years in business , seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and manage our fleet of vehicles and equipment. This is a key leadership role within a stable, respected company serving our community for over five decades.

We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership, values accuracy, and thrives in a structured environment.

Position Overview

The Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator is responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, managing inventory systems, ensuring fleet readiness, and supporting field crews with organized, timely equipment and materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and organization
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and tracking systems
• Order, receive, and manage materials and supplies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and accountability of equipment and parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Develop and improve operational systems

Fleet Management

• Manage preventative maintenance schedules for trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Coordinate repairs and service appointments
• Maintain vehicle records, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Track equipment usage and condition
• Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with field crews to ensure materials and equipment readiness
• Communicate with vendors and service providers
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required (management experience preferred)
• Mechanical experience required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Fleet maintenance experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
