Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Transformation Program Management In this role, you are responsible for the Strategic Planning & Road mapping by Translating executive vision into concrete, actionable implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Road mapping: Translating executive vision into concrete, actionable implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables. Program Governance & Control: Defining and maintaining project structures, risk management strategies, financial tracking, and reporting frameworks. Change Management & Adoption: Acting as a change agent to address resistance, communicate benefits, and ensure buy-in across all organizational levels within Genpact and client organization Cross-Functional Leadership: Partnering with client, business operations, and technology teams to ensure cohesive, aligned execution of initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to ensure the transformation meets its strategic and financial goals. Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and streamline business processes. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across levels. Strategic Thinking: Aligning daily operations with long-term goals. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying and resolving project obstacles Qualifications we seek in you! Let's build tomorrow together. The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
