Sub-contractor Services

As part of the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), McGaffin Mechanical Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitable contractors to provide:- 

• Renewable Technologies Inspector – may include but not limited to ASHP and Solar Technologies
• Retrofit Inspectors – may include but not limited to oil and gas heating, cavity and loft insulation Inspector
• EPC Assessor
• Scaffolding Contractor
• Adhoc labour - general labour across all workstreams

Subcontractors will be appointed to work on projects located throughout Northern Ireland from May 2026 to May 2027.
