Main Responsibilities.
* Use Point Click Care for all resident information
* Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff during your shift
* Monitor and manage patient care plans
* Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Current RN or LPN license
* Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
* Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
* Passion for geriatric care and resident-centered service
* Strong assessment and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
* A proactive approach to intake management demonstrating leadership skills at all times
Requirements: Benefits Full-Time Employees (30 hours and greater)
