Experience leading an analytic initiative to success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life. Ability to work under pressure and delivery high quality output to senior leadership to decision making within short timeline. Preferred Job Qualifications: Deep expertise in Healthcare industry (Payor, Provider, Pharmacy or Epidemiology). Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift to support the transition from legacy systems to modern architectures. Expert proficiency in Alteryx or similar data preparation and automation tools to develop rapid, interim workflows and bridge gaps in enterprise data delivery. Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management platforms like Collibra, Alation, or Informatica to operationalize data stewardship and lineage and knowledge of project management methodologies.
