Inside Sales Associate
to join our growing team in Clovis, CA. Proactively engage new and existing customers to
generate leads, quote products, and close sales Respond to inbound customer inquiries with accurate, timely product and pricing information Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty Process orders, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems Partner closely with outside sales representatives to support territory growth Collaborate with operations, production, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals ✅ What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred) Previous experience in
inside sales, customer service, or a related role Building materials, window, or door industry experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
