Location: Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters. Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Compensation: Production based pay - AUM plus commission

Job Summary:
Spence, Cassidy & Associates, LLC is seeking licensed and client-focused Financial Advisors to join our growing team. This remote role requires an active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license, with Series 6, 7, or 65 licenses preferred. You will provide personalized financial, business, estate, investment, and retirement planning through offering a range of investment, insurance, and financial products. This position supports your success with exceptional resources, a competitive benefits package, and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement investment, insurance, and financial products
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients by fostering long-term relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and consistently achieve sales goals
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and company product offerings

Qualifications:

  • Required: Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license
  • Preferred: Series 6, 7, or 65
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in financial services, insurance sales, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and financial planning software
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
