The Paul Group is actively hiring motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Final Expense Insurance Sales Agents in Florida. This is a field-based sales opportunity focused on helping families secure affordable life insurance coverage for final expenses.
This role is ideal for both licensed agents and individuals looking to start a career in insurance. We provide training, support, and access to warm, exclusive leads to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Work warm and exclusive insurance leads in your local and surrounding areas
- Contact and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Meet with clients in person to present final expense insurance solutions
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance coverage
- Submit applications using company systems
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation required
- Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain (we provide support)
Compensation:
- Commission-based compensation
- Weekly earning potential: $2,000–$5,000+
