Inventory Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for a fast-growing company in Atlanta, GA. Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 -$20.00 Based on Experience

Inventory Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse stock and materials
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Organize and label products in designated warehouse locations
• Update inventory data in the company’s tracking system
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances
• Assist with inventory reports and documentation

Inventory Specialist Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous inventory control and warehouse experience is a MUST
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
