Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales/Return Order Analyst to support order processing, returns management, and vendor compliance. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, ensure operational accuracy, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Manage end-to-end sales and return order processing, including entry, updates, and tracking
Perform monthly maintenance of aged orders in alignment with global standards
Communicate Return Authorization (RA) status and updates with assigned accounts
RESEARCH & RECONCILIATION
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
Process pricing adjustments through debit and credit memos
VENDOR COMPLIANCE
Review and dispute vendor compliance violations through detailed research
Track and report valid violations to identify trends and reduce future risk
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Serve as primary contact for order and return-related inquiries
Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of experience in order management, returns processing, or similar role
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Technical Skills
ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced Excel (PowerPivot, Get & Transform) preferred
Preferred Experience
Background in supply chain or order management environments
Familiarity with inventory management systems
