Position Overview:As Director, Growth Analytics you will be pivotal in managing the reporting needs for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Initiative planning stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-day needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a a team of an associate director, managers and analysts.ResponsibilitiesDigital media performance (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans)Reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization)Brand lift measurement (set up and analysis across vendors)Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agencyManage a team of analytics professionalsRequired Skills and ExperienceExperience evaluating various attribution approaches including MTADemonstrated success leading work multi-functional teamsExperience with reporting & data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and/or comScoreExperience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g. DBM)Strong MS Excel & Power Point skillsDemonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data and managing client relationshipsStrong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environmentUnderstanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environmentIPG Mediabrands does not require candidates to have a college degreeDesired Skills and Experience8+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analyticsPresentation development and deliveryLeadership and change managementStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directlyAbility to provide feedback & guidance in a constructive manner to direct reportsCollaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environmentTechnical sales, sales support, solutions design, and delivery; especially in a dynamic technology and data environmentWage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family. The salary range for this position is posted below.
