To learn more about us, please visit us at Summary: This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting the client requirements. Works closely with offshore team to ensure delivery is aligned with client expectations. Provides sales support to business development team. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Gathers, analyzes and documents client requirements Coordinates the communication between the client and geographically dispersed members of the SVI America project team. Translates client requirements into clear business and functional requirements Coordinates work with offshore team ensure delivery aligns with client expectations Leads the SVI America team consisting of both onshore and offshore members in supporting the business needs of the client Trains, mentors and guides other team members on technical skills and best practices. Promotes a self-directed team environment. xywuqvp Collaborates with project team members, whether located within the premises or remotely in different time zones. Coordinates with Human Resources on resource requirements and personnel matter Provides sales support such as estimates, diagrams and high level scope of work to Business Development Manager and Account Manager Job Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree either in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent Master's Degree is an advantage At least 2 years of experience working in Business Analysis or Information Technology solutions development preferably in a medium to large corporate environment Experience in data analysis, project management, or business analysis is a
MUST Experience working with an offshore development team is a plus Required Abilities and Skills: Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people Excellent verbal and written communications skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in the use of query and reporting analysis tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
