Hardscape Construction Foreman - Full Time role with Overtime

Job Summary:
The Hardscape Foreman oversees hardscape installation projects, managing crews, schedules, and quality to ensure patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features are installed safely, correctly, and within budget. This role combines hands-on work with leadership and project management, while also communicating effectively with customers and coworkers from other divisions.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate hardscape crews of (2-5 crewmembers) on site

· Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and layouts

· Ensure proper grading, drainage, and installation of hardscape projects

· Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance

· Order and inventory materials for each job

· Train crew members and provide guidance on installation techniques and safety while staying efficient

· Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to design

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in hardscape installation

· Leadership and crew management skills

· Ability to operate tools and equipment

· Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and installation techniques

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities

· Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors
