Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care in telehealth, medical-surgical, and stepdown unit settings as assigned. Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols and healthcare regulations. Support patient education and family communication. Desired Qualifications: Current RN licensure with a minimum of stepdown nursing experience. Ability and willingness to float between telehealth, MS, and stepdown units. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
