We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data infrastructure and solutions that support business needs.
This role involves developing robust data platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and contributing to enterprise data strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions Build and maintain robust, reliable, and high-performance data environments Collaborate with product owners, data analysts, and data modelers to deliver data solutions Contribute to enterprise data strategy and ensure alignment with data standards and taxonomy Support migration and implementation of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets Establish and maintain data engineering standards and best practices Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across systems Develop and maintain automation, testing, and deployment processes for data solutions Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture Support implementation of technical initiatives and projects Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field 9+ years of experience in data engineering, including data lakes, data warehouses, and reporting platforms Strong experience with SQL, Python, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow Experience with data warehouse solutions, preferably Snowflake Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data engineering principles Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in Agile environments Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering Data as a Service (DaaS) solutions Experience working with healthcare or financial data Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
