Your Role and Responsibilities The Opportunity: We invite applications for a motivated and technically proficient Senior Solutions Architect specializing in data, with robust knowledge in Generative AI and a strong background with Databricks. In this crucial position, you will engage with clients to address their business challenges, showcase the transformative power of our services, and develop compelling technical proposals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data and AI enthusiast who loves problem-solving and excels in client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities: Technical Pre-Sales and Discovery:
Collaborate with Account Executives and field sales teams to qualify sales opportunities and conduct discovery sessions, gaining insights into clients' data landscape, objectives, pain points, and requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy, governance, architecture, and Generative AI. Solution Design and Presentation:
Design and present customized data and Generative AI solutions that align with client needs, including data pipelines on Databricks, business intelligence integrations, and AI/ML frameworks. Proposal Development:
Contribute to detailed technical proposals, ensure client alignment, and estimate resource requirements, all while improving the estimation process. Market and Industry Expertise:
Stay updated on trends and technologies, develop relationships with Databricks engineering teams and partners, and leverage this knowledge in client engagements. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with delivery teams for smooth execution of projects and collaborate on technical sales content. Client Relationship Management:
Foster trust and credibility with key stakeholders within client organizations, positioning yourself as a data expert. This role may be conducted remotely from anywhere in the US. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture focusing on data solutions with an emphasis on AI/ML. In-depth technical expertise and hands-on experience with Databricks. Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and technologies. Technical knowledge in data warehousing, ETL/ELT methodologies, and business intelligence tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala for data analysis and AI model development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
