Job DescriptionOmnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Director, Analytics to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role. In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem are highly desirable.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of our existing analytics productsAnalyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients’ market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectivesDesign and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysisFind opportunities to leverage emerging analytics capabilities including predictive models and AI as we expand our product offeringAdvance our data and analytics ecosystem as well as best practicesRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience5+ years of experience writing R or Python (ability to use both required)5+ years of experience using SQL and modeling data2+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BIExperience working with at least two datasets used for market access analysis such as payer claims and drug coverage (MMIT, Clarivate, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, etc.)Experience building data pipelines on AWS or AzureProcess-oriented with great documentation skillsStrong presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Veeva CLMAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI productsThe range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.
Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
